Shady Grove Mobile Home & RV Park offers more than most — starting with some of the most spacious RV sites in Corpus Christi, originally built for mobile homes. Whether you’re here for the large lots, the on-site Brite N Clean Washateria, or the convenience of boat and RV storage right on the property, Shady Grove is built for residents who want to settle in and stay awhile.

Full Hookups

Every site at Shady Grove includes full hookups — 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer — for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Spacious RV Sites

Shady Grove’s sites were originally built for mobile homes, giving you some of the most spacious RV lots in Corpus Christi — plenty of room to settle in.

Brite N Clean Washateria

Shady Grove is home to Brite N Clean Washateria, a full-service commercial laundromat right on the property — an amenity you won’t find at most RV parks in the area.

Colonia del Rey Activities

Colonia del Rey features a full set of activities organized by our staff Activities Director during the Winter season. Within the RV park, we have the all time favorite game night with poker, cribbage, hand & foot, and bridge tournaments. You can find a “Texas Hold ‘Em” Tournament almost every week or try your hand at bingo. We also have a number of different ways of playing dominos. Let us spoil you with countless things to do.

Outside of Colonia del Rey RV Park, activities include walks along the beach on The Padre Island National Seashore or visit some of our main attractions such as the USS Lexington, The Texas State Aquarium, deep sea & Bay fishing, Whataburger Field, home of the Corpus Christi Hooks, Museums, The Americanbank Center and the Botanical Gardens.
