Shady Grove Mobile Home & RV Park has been a quiet, settled community in Corpus Christi for years, located at 2919 Waldron Rd — less than 2 miles from our sister park, Colonia del Rey RV Park, and just 10 minutes from the beaches of North Padre Island. Both parks are managed by Corpus Christi RV Resorts, so you get the same trusted ownership and service no matter which park you call home.
Spacious Sites, Centrally Located
Unlike a typical RV park, Shady Grove's sites were originally built for mobile homes, which means our RV sites are some of the most spacious in the area. Most of our residents call Shady Grove home year-round, and they stay for the same reasons: large lots, dependable hookups, and a quiet, established, pet-friendly community. We're also home to Brite N Clean Washateria, a full-service commercial laundromat on-site — a rare amenity most RV parks simply don't offer — along with separate boat, car, and RV storage available on the property for residents who need extra space beyond their site.
